What you buy
Training on Online Aim Trainer is free. Pro is an optional, one-time purchase of US$19.99 (plus any applicable tax) that adds the Warm-up Meter and extra profile customisation to your account. It is not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
14 days, no questions
If Pro isn't for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get the full amount back. You don't need to give a reason.
After 14 days we still look at every request. If something went wrong, for example you were charged twice or Pro never unlocked on your account, tell us and we'll put it right.
How to ask
- Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or use the link in it to contact Paddle, or
- Email partner@onlineaimtrainer.com with the email address you bought with.
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle. Your bank or card provider decides how long it takes to show up, usually 5 to 10 business days.
What happens to your account
A refund removes Pro from your account. The Warm-up Meter switches off, and Pro-only profile looks stop showing on your public page. Your profile switches to the free options.
Nothing you earned changes: your rank, XP, level, streak, scores and leaderboard placement stay exactly as they were, because Pro never affected them.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law where you live, and doesn't limit them.
